![[Shadows in Shadowfel Timeline.xlsx]] Los Los’s existence is causing an undead horde to run rampant in the twisted reflection of the material plane that is the shadowfel. While Los is young, and not moving relatively far, this horde also doesn’t move much and never goes beyond a certain radius, depending on Los’s necromantic power. As Los’ power grows, the hoard grows too. It becomes a force of nature and begins threatening an entire region.

Shadowfel Lord Comes to Material Plane One area, ruled by the Shadowfel Lord, is on it’s increasing border. He becomes desperate to save his hold on the region, so makes a desperate decision. He will leave the Shadowfel, for only enough time to find a willing and capable person to kill the source of the horde on the material plane.

The Shadowfel Lord has the unique ability to move between the Shadowfel and the Material Plane. This is a power he rarely uses as he considers the Shadowfel his home and he can only do it every so many years. Time moves twice as fast in the Shadowfel. So if he leaves, he has to be gone for several years until he can return.

Preparing to leave the Shadowfel to find someone who can stop the source of the undead hoard, he gives instructions to his officers to await his return in a few years (their time), then he emerges to the material plane. Portals between these planes is not clean and opening a gash through to one another rips open several other minor portals.

Tellani Goes Into Shadowfel Tellani, without any warning to her, is swallowed into one of these small tear portals, into the Shadowfel. She struggled on the outskirts of this horde when she came to the plane. These early nightmare days caused her to hate undead.

The Pact In the material plane, this lord finds Sol and makes a pact. Sol is to kill the source of this horde in exchange for power. The lord cannot spare the time in his plane to find and eradicate the source himself. Sol accepts and the lord quickly returns, his power diminished as some was granted to Sol.

Sol uses this newly granted power in his own ways, by mixing it with his celestial blood.

Tellani and Shadowfel Lord Return In the lord’s absence, the undead horde has obliterated his lands. His officers have splintered off. Tellani having been there an extended period of time, has met many of them. She has pieced together that the lord is able to traverse the two planes with his innate power, but there is a time difference between them. A former officer divulges that the Lord will return in only a few years, after finding an agent to end the undead horde.

Tellani has developed a scheme. She tells the officer, and any who will listen, that she will return to the material plane when the Lord returns through one of the secondary tears. There, she will become the avatar for The Silence. Upon her return, not in a few years, but perhaps longer, she will be more powerful than the Shadowfel Lord.

Upon the lord’s return, again creating secondary tears, Tellani is able to leave the plane. The Lord begins trying to piece his lands back together, but finds that a sort of religion has spread, awaiting the return of Tellani.

The Shadows Back in the material plane, the events of the Shadows Campaign occur.
