Description

Exists outside of mortal time and can see the entire mortal time space. She first saw time as a static ring. Wanting to improve the lives of those within, her interactions caused the ring to expand into a higher dimensional shape.

Having acted reality, a counter-action was formed, The Silence. These two waged war upon one another across the new spiral of time. As the force of time was being acted upon, uncontrolled reverberations created eddies of power that deformed the spiral uncontrollably. The few mortals that were aware of these powers, but not its true nature, called it Chronomancy.

The battle between The Voice and The Silence reached a breaking point when Dormaer created his Loop, a physical model of the spiral that could be used to alter or destroy the entire spiral. The Voice sent her Wardens to sever the Loop, which severed the Spiral.

With two end points, one contracted back into the ring while the other is left flailing wildly. Only the will of the beings within the Untethered Spiral control the fate of mortal time. The Voice and The Silence must wage their battle entirely within the present moment, unaware of how things will unfold.
