A well-known figure among petty criminals, he brought order to the pickpockets and burglars of the city, ensuring those without scruples never reached too far beyond their means. He was a mentor and friend to Ar'mark as he grew up on the dreary streets, and was known to rarely stay in the dungeons for long despite his criminal ties.
