Description

Martep is a male Orc, known to be an asshole. In 3694, at the age of 30, he led a takeover of Kiviak‘s power, effectively usurping him. By 3699, he was 35 years old. Formerly the General of the Militia, which was torn to shreds in the battles for the city, Martep is essentially a gangster who strongarms locals but maintains very little actual control over the collapsing city. Under his command, crime runs rampant, institutions fall apart, and citizens see no stability.
