Description

Warden Otto was the overseer of the massive dungeon in Highridge, which was heavily understaffed due to continuous budget cuts by The Trust. Following the chaotic uprising that led to the death of Chief Snider and the dismantling of The Trust, Otto took on the responsibility of the city guards. He promised the Salt Mercenaries future compensation for bounties on The Forgotten, going so far as to offer them Snider’s former estate.
