The Dragonspine Mountains are a mountain region in the Sundered Lands. They form the rugged high country traversed by the party in the Sundered Lands Campaign as they moved between Willowbrook, Pahmara, and later routes toward Thurin.

The campaign text establishes the mountains as a difficult passage: the party entered the area from the direction of Willowbrook, traveled through Wraith’s homeland with his guidance, and later encountered stone giants while crossing the range. Wraith is directly tied to the region through his hometown and his role as guide. Melanesim is also tied to the area through Pahmara, a secluded village nestled within the mountains.
