The Northern sunken houses would be the river and the western bank would be the sea

The original elven city, sunk into the sea by the United Pantheon (then known as the Sunken District). Following The Fall, the city rose back to the surface and is now referred to as the Risen District. Survivors of the original sinking had established Gallyway across the river, but many returned to the Risen District after its emergence.

After Lorzen’s shield over the Risen District (Tir na Nog) lowered, Silverside and many of the people of Gallyway moved across the bridge back into the city. With superior defense and economic position, Gallyway grew, siphoning power from the Zatar capitol. When the confederacy dissolved, Gallyway became a capital unto itself.

On the young nation-city’s decennial anniversary, amongst the central flowering gardens, Silverside gave an impassioned speech, unveiling a statue commemorating Lorzen as the honorary first citizen.
