Details

This ancient institution has served as council to innumerable rulers since the Mortal War. It consists of a series of buildings connected by a common covered walkway that rises above the swamp.

The College has been shattered from the transitions of power between Kiviak and Martep in recent years. It currently houses remaining instructors such as Illimarith (Enchanting), Val (Enchanting), and Heyl (Alchemy).

It has seen a splinter sect break away known as The Torn, led by Merton, practicing forbidden necromancy.
