General goods plus the hub of trade between Andes and Zatar. Ran by the Sands family.

History Used to be Martin and his wife Mary ran the place. They passed away in the 3710’s. Their eldest son, Mureli Sands runs a shop in Caspin and couldn’t be bothered to come home to look after the place. Mureli had a child later in his years with a mistress and sent him down just before Martin and Mary knocked over. Only being a teen and burdened with running the place himself, Mars Sands was looked after by the town until he got his bearings.
