Description

Ruo (also referred to as Rou) is a Tanezumi (Rat/Goblin-like low class race in Iwagata). He is the weakling son of a local farmer named Qui.

In the Three Titans Campaign, the party encountered Ruo alongside Muhmor, who traveled back with the party from Kasan as they headed towards Quoto.
