A female Yuan-Ti who leads the merchant tribe of Salahara. She is highly narcissistic and revels in memories of her past. In conversation, she will never accept defeat on any level. In reality, she is quite incompetent and bad at her work, though she believes she holds a high position of authority within the Sarma.

Year 3702 Seltharthla sent the Titan Slayers to a thri-kreen cave equipped with lemon-scented flasks, and subsequently directed them to investigate a dried-up well in the area, as documented in the Three Titans Campaign.
