Description

Ouna is a chaotic neutral female Halfling and the leader of the local Thieves Guild in Sump. She is an agent of chaos; she explicitly stole a book belonging to Kiviak just to stir the pot in the struggling town. When the Salt Mercenaries arrived in Sump, she passed the book over to Shadowspawn, instructing him to deliver it far away to Highridge.
